Maybe they should try playing with a puck instead.

And it is losers of the last 8 games at the saddledome not 10. Not that it matters much

I don't see how anyone could blame price in this game - he made some outstanding saves and didnt have a chance on any of the three goals. If his d can't clear the front of the net this is going to keep happening and its not price's fault.

Habs D just looks

what a disappointing effort last night. i cannot recall an effort like that in a very, very long time. i think you have to go back to the Carbo days. for all the heat levelled on him, Jacques Martin's teams were always prepared and always battled for 60 minutes. ditto this team last year under MT.

agree that blaming Price is ridiculous, but on more than a few occasions last night, he was sliding all over the place a la David Aebischer. what was that about? that's a bad habit to get into.

i thought the most disturbing aspect of the game last night is how when the Habs were challenged physically for the first 40 or so minutes, they weren't up to it. that's not going to work, especially against Western teams.

Everyone around the NHL knows it, play MTL physical early, they will fold.

It's gonna be amazing.

Their swing and short game will be second to none by mid-april.

The way this team is playing, they look more like a team bound to pick top 10 then making the playoffs.

If that's true then how do you explain their record vs Boston?

Yes and past small teams of supposed midgets have a one sided winning record versus the supposed most physical team in the NHL over the past 5 years

We'll see if it's more at the end of the season. But it was expected that this line would be good this season, no?
